Our realtor suggested we get Jeff to inspect the property we were in contract to buy. He was very thorough and straight-forward. As first time home buyers, he explained a lot about the house that we wouldn’t necessarily know. On the surface, the house looked great, but he identified some major concerns with the house and suggested that we contact some trade professionals to get specific opinions on various issues. Ultimately, thanks to his thorough inspection, we ultimately chose to cancel the contract. We think he saved us a lot of money down the road. He will get our business on the next house we try to buy.
